Team ProKart Racing Programs

If road racing is more your style we have Team ProKart Racing. Our Team ProKart Racing format is similar to the famous Le Mans 24-hour race. Drivers sign up as teams of 3 to 4 drivers or we put you on a team. The day begins with a drivers meeting to go over the rules and procedures for pit stops. Then we let you loose on the track for a ½ hour practice/qualifying session, during this session each team member will take a stint in the kart and try to set the fastest lap for their team. This qualifying session is also the time to practice your driver changes, as these changes become critical to your success in the race. Next is the main event. We line all the karts up on one side of the racetrack and all the drivers chosen by their teams to start the race on the other side of the track. When we drop the green flag the drivers run across the track and jump into their kart and the race has begun. In a 3-hour race there are 11 mandatory pit stops for driver changes and one fuel stop. All karts are equipped with a transponder and we have a flat panel monitor where you can watch your team’s progression during the race. Approximately every 15 minutes one team member will flag in the team member that is on the track to come into pitlane and perform a driver change. This keeps the action hot and heavy for the entire 3-hour event. Individual: $295 Team: $1129 Intro To Team ProKart Racing This 2 hour program provides some training and is a great introduction to our kart racing. You will receive instruction and 30 minutes of behind the wheel training. If you are between the age of 12 – 16 without a valid drivers license this program is mandatory prior to entering one of our 3 or 4 hour Team ProKart  Races.  If you're still not sure about participating in one of our races this is a great way to give our karts a try. These programs will be held between 8:00 and 10:00 on the mornings of our 3-hour race days. $30 of your tuition from this program will be credited towards your first Team ProKart Race.
