A 50% deposit is due at the time of reserving your seat. Any balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled date.
Team Reservations
A 50% deposit is due at the time of reserving your teams kart. Any balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled date. (To reserve a kart at the team price it is required that a team manager be assigned to make the reservation for that team.) |
Reschedule and Substitution Policy
You may reschedule up to 30 days prior to your reserved date with a $50.00 administrative fee.
You may not reschedule within 30 days of your reserved date. If for some reason you can not attend on your reserved date, you may send a substitution at no additional charge. Seat ticket or confirmation letter must be returned prior to name change being made.
In the event that you do not show for your reservation the program fee will be forfeited.
Rain Policy
Our kart racing events will run rain or shine. You must register in person, no matter what the weather looks like at your present location. Please show up or you will be considered a no show cancellation and forfeit your tuition. |
