»Stock Car Racing Policies

No refunds of your tuition will be granted once a date has been reserved. Please see our scheduling policies below.

Reservations

A 50% deposit is required at the time of  booking your program date. Any balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled date. The Ride the Super Speedway and 20 Mile Drive Programs require full payment at the time of booking.

Reschedule and Substitution Policy

You may not reschedule within 30 days of your reserved date. If for some reason you can not attend on your reserved date, you may send a substitution at no additional charge. The seat ticket must be returned prior to any name change being done. In the event that you do not show for your reservation the program fee will be forfeited.

You may reschedule up to 30 days prior to your reserved date with a $50.00 administrative fee for all Drive Programs and a $15.00 administrative fee for all Ride Programs.

Rain Policy

We will make every effort to run all sessions. You must register in person, no matter what the weather looks like at your present location. Please show up or you will be considered a no show cancellation and forfeit your tuition. In the case that we cancel your session, you will be provided a rain check good for one year from that date to complete your program. No refunds will be granted.

 

Participation Requirements

Age Requirements: To participate in our driving program, you must be 18 years of age and possess a valid drivers license. To participate in our ride program, you must be 14 years of age and have both parents present. (Under 18 both parents must sign a waiver/release form.)

Size Requirements: All participants must be able to enter and exit the car on their own through a window opening 15" high x 30" wide and 36" off the ground, and be in good health. Size limitations may apply: Maximum height 6'4" / weight 300lbs. If you’re near the limits of the size requirements, please email Steve Fox to schedule a time to come to the track and see if you fit, prior to your purchase. There will be no refund due to a student’s inability to fit in a race car.

Manual Transmissions: To drive you are required to have experience in operating a manual transmission, all cars have 4 speed manual transmissions.

If you do race, this is a great opportunity to drive a quality NEXTEL Cup Style Car on a great Nascar racetrack.

»Team ProKart Racing Policies

Individual Reservations

A 50% deposit is due at the time of reserving your teams kart. Any balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled date. (To reserve a kart at the team price it is required that a team manager be assigned to make the reservation for that team.)

Seat Ticket Terms of Contract

This seat ticket must be used for a reservation within 12 months from the date of issue.  You must choose a date and time from our schedule and confirm, by phone, fax or mail. This seat ticket must be used for one of our program dates within 12 months of the date of issue.   No exceptions will be made. If a refund is not requested within 30 days of the date of purchase and this seat ticket is not used within 12 months of the date of purchase, you will forfeit the rights to attend at a later date and will not receive a refund.

Making a reservation with a seat ticket

Choose a date and time from our schedule for your experience. Have your seat ticket 6 digit number ready, and call customer service at 1 877 786 2522. Your reservation will be made right over the phone. Our office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Shipping Policy

All Seat Tickets and apparel will be mailed in a plain envelope within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Reserved Date Rescheduling Policy within 30 days of your originally reserved date.

You may not reschedule within 30 days of your originally reserved date. If you can not attend on your reserved date, you may send a substitution at no additional charge. Seat ticket must be returned prior to making any substitutions.

Seat Ticket Upgrade

You may upgrade you seat ticket by calling the office with your seat ticket number. Our customer service will charge you for the difference in price, and upgrade your experience.

Refund Policy

Purchaser of open date seat tickets may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, unless a date has been reserved. Once a date is reserved, there are no refunds or cancellations. Seat Ticket must be returned prior to a refund being issued.

Privacy Policy

Wherever SRE collects personal information we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy. We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. The personal information we collect may include your name, title, company or organization name, e-mail address, phone number, work or home address and credit card information.

We may request your e-mail address or mailing address for the purposes of conducting a contest or to provide additional services (for example, subscriptions to announcement lists or information about SRE). Participation in contests or other promotions on the SRE web site is completely voluntary and you have a choice whether or not to disclose personal information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes.

If you are purchasing something on the SRE web site, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. Credit card and e-mail information will not be shared or sold to third parties for any purpose except as provided in this Privacy Policy without your express permission.

We may from time to time send e-mail announcing new products and services. If you choose to supply your postal address in an online form, you may receive postal mailings from SRE or third party companies.

Will you disclose the information you collect to outside third parties?
SRE will disclose personal information:

1) To contact you regarding other products and services which may be of interest to you (including those we may offer jointly with other companies). At any time, however, you may opt out of such contact;
2) When required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:
   a) Cooperate with the investigations of purported unlawful activities and conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on SRE;
   b) Protect and defend the rights or property of the SRE of sites and related properties, or visitors to the SRE of sites and related properties;
   c) Identify persons who may be violating the law, the SRE legal notice and Web site User Agreement, the rights of third parties, or otherwise misusing the SRE or its related properties;
   d) Fulfill a user's order or request;
3) To process and fulfill your order or notify you of order status;
4) When we have your consent to share the information;

We maintain a strict "No-Spam" policy that means that we do not sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third-party, without your consent or as permitted by this Privacy Policy.
