This is a reservation request form. Reservation submitted by this form are not guaranteed. If we can not place you in one of the two requested dates we will contact you, otherwise you will receive a confirmation letter in the mail (within 10 day) confirming one of your chosen dates.

Once this seat ticket has been used to reserve a date, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED.

Refund Policy

Once this reservation form is submitted you can not get a refund.  No exceptions will be made.

Reserved Date Rescheduling Policy within 30 days of your originally reserved date.

You may not reschedule within 30 days of your originally reserved date.  If you can not attend on your reserved date you may send a substitution at no additional charge. Seat ticket must be returned prior to making any name change.

Reserved Date Rescheduling Policy outside 30 days of your originally reserved date

You may reschedule up to 30 days prior to your reserved date with a $50 administrative fee for all Drive Programs and $15 administrative fee for all Ride Programs.
